The return of standard stocked items may occur only If:

       1. Goods are in as new condition in the original and unsoiled packaging.

       2. Goods are returned within 14 days of the sale invoice.

       3. Copy of the sale invoice is provided.

       4. A return fee of 20% may be applied.

The return of cut lengths of pipe or hose are not returnable.

 

The return of goods specially ordered may be returned with 14 days of the sale invoice date If

       1. The manufacturer or distributor will accept the return.

       2.  A copy of the sale invoice is provided.

       3. A return fee of 20% is paid.

       4. The cost of delivery to manufacturer or distributor is paid.

 

Goods may be returned if they are faulty or not fit for the purpose for which they were sold. We are not required to provide a refund, replacement product or store credit if you simply change your mind.
